The 5th International Information Congress (IIC 2026) will be held in Batman, Turkey, hosted by Batman University, between April 29 and May 1, 2026, as part of the Information Festival. Building on the strong academic foundation of previous years, IIC 2026 continues to serve as an international platform that brings together researchers, academics, and professionals from diverse disciplines.

This year, the Congress will focus on the main themes of Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security, addressing current challenges and innovative approaches shaping the future of information technologies. With its interdisciplinary scope, IIC 2026 aims to encourage knowledge sharing, scientific collaboration, and the exchange of original research at both national and international levels.

All submitted papers will undergo at least two independent peer reviews, ensuring academic quality and integrity. Accepted papers will be published in ISBN-indexed conference proceedings, and selected high-quality studies will have the opportunity to be published in indexed and open-access international journals.
