• If there is an additional paper payment, please indicate it in the description section.


• The acceptance letter will be sent after the payment of the conditionally accepted papers is completed.


• No souvenirs will be sent to participants attending online.


• Congress bags and lunch vouchers will only be provided to participants attending in person with a presentation.


• Participants attending in person with a presentation will receive only one bag, one lunch voucher, and one name badge. Regardless of the number of authors, only one souvenir will be given per paper.


• In cases of in-person participation with multiple authors, souvenirs and refreshments will be prepared for only one author. Other authors who wish to attend must register as listeners.


• Listeners will receive one bag and one lunch voucher.


• Each payment is valid for only one presenting participant. Other participants must pay the listener fee.


• Discounted accommodation will be provided for congress participants at Hasankeyf Practice Hotel. The accommodation fee is separate and must be paid directly to the hotel.
