- If there is an additional paper payment, please indicate it in the description section.
- The acceptance letter will be sent after the payment of the conditionally accepted papers is completed.
- No souvenirs will be sent to participants attending online.
- Congress bags and lunch vouchers will only be provided to participants attending in person with a presentation.
- Participants attending in person with a presentation will receive only one bag, one lunch voucher, and one name badge. Regardless of the number of authors, only one souvenir will be given per paper.
- In cases of in-person participation with multiple authors, souvenirs and refreshments will be prepared for only one author. Other authors who wish to attend must register as listeners.
- Listeners will receive one bag and one lunch voucher.
- Each payment is valid for only one presenting participant. Other participants must pay the listener fee.
- Discounted accommodation will be provided for congress participants at Hasankeyf Practice Hotel. The accommodation fee is separate and must be paid directly to the hotel.
- There is no difference in the registration fee between participation with an abstract submission and participation with a full paper submission. The registration fee is applied equally regardless of the type of submission.
- *Participants with VIP participation are entitled to join the Mardin tour organized within the scope of the congress. All transportation, guiding, and organization service fees during the tour are included in the VIP participation fee.
