RESPECTED ACADEMICS,
All papers submitted to the International Informatics Congress will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in congress-specific books with assigned ISBNs, available both online and in print.
Papers that successfully pass the independent peer review process will be published in TR-indexed journals. The evaluation of accepted papers by journal reviewers and their publication in journals is not subject to any fee!

Journal of Engineering and Technology (JETECH)
The Engineering and Technology Journal is featured in an international journal for the exchange of new knowledge, ideas, and applications related to any engineering field. The journal aims to bring together engineering information for academics, researchers, practitioners, government, and industry workers in the field of engineering disciplines during symposiums. It shares new and different research, studies, applications, and ideas; and seeks common solutions to encountered problems. The main topics of the journal are as follows: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Physics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Nuclear Energy, Manufacturing and Production Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automobiles, Nanotechnology, Robotics, Biomechanical Engineering, Material Science and Processing, Artificial Intelligence.

European Journal of Technique (EJT)
The European Journal of Technique (EJT) was established in 2010. It is a peer-reviewed international journal that will appeal to and benefit anyone interested in or engaged in research in engineering disciplines or various fields. The European Journal of Technique (EJT) aims to serve as an indispensable reference tool in the literature in the coming years, providing high visibility and valuable contributions. The scope of the journal encompasses all new theoretical and experimental findings in engineering or closely related fields. The journal also encourages the submission of critical review articles covering recent developments in such fields, in addition to technical notes.
JOURNAL EVALUATION PROCESS:
Papers accepted at IIC2024 will undergo an independent peer review process in our journals, considering them to have passed preliminary evaluation. The responsible or submitting author sends the article to the journal, usually through an online system such as Dergipark Systems. The journal checks the composition and layout of the article according to the Author Guidelines of the journal to ensure it includes necessary sections and stylizations. The quality of the paper is not evaluated at this point. The Editor-in-Chief checks whether the paper is suitable for the journal, and if it is sufficiently original and interesting. Otherwise, the paper may be rejected without further review. Some papers have Assistant Editors who conduct the peer review process. If they do, they would be assigned at this stage. The managing editor sends invitations to reviewers whom they believe would be suitable reviewers. As responses are received, additional invitations may be given if necessary until the required number of acceptances is obtained – typically this number is 3, though there are some variations among papers. Potential reviewers evaluate the invitation based on their expertise, conflicts of interest, and suitability. They then either accept or decline. If possible, when declining, they may suggest alternative reviewers. The reviewer spends time reading the paper several times. The first reading is used to form an initial impression of the work. If major issues are found at this stage, the reviewer may feel comfortable rejecting the paper without further work. Otherwise, they will read the paper several more times, taking notes to create a detailed point-by-point review. The review is then sent to the journal with a recommendation for acceptance or rejection, or with a request for revision before re-review (usually marked as major or minor). The managing editor considers all returned reviews before making an overall decision. If reviews are very disparate, the editor may invite an additional reviewer for additional opinions before making a decision. The editor then sends an decision email to the author containing relevant reviewer comments. Whether the reviews are anonymous or not will depend on the type of peer review conducted by the journal. If accepted, the paper is sent to production. If the paper is rejected or sent back for major or minor revisions, the editor must provide constructive comments from the reviewers to assist the author in improving the paper. At this point, the reviewers should also be sent an email or letter informing them of the outcome of their reviews. If the paper is returned for review, the reviewers should expect to receive a new version unless they opt out of further involvement. However, in cases where only minor changes are requested, this follow-up review may be conducted by the managing editor.
Important Note:Journals will accept papers accepted at the Congress without preliminary review but will conduct their independent peer review processes.
